How is Training delivered?
Training is delivered via the (TrainingPeaks app), with no extra charge for you the athlete.
Do i need a TrainingPeaks acount?
No, you do not need a TrainingPeaks, after payment of a service you will be automatically sent to the website to setup your free account.
How quickly do i get my plan?
This depends on the service you choose but the plans are available within 48 hours of purchase.
What if i miss a session or travel?
Life gets in the way sometimes, once you communicate this with the coach, your plan will be adjusted to minimize the impact.
How do i communicate with my coach?
The main training questions and comments are done through the TrainingPeaks app, which allows for session specific communication. For bigger questions or adjustments, email communication is available.
What distances/abilities do you coach?
I believe that everyone should have access to elite level coaching, regardless of their ability or distance, the most important thing is the motivation and commitment to improve.
Can i switch between plans?
Yes, you can switch between plans, please reach out to the coach with this request.
How does cancellationns work?
Athletes may cancel their coaching subscription at any time through their TrainingPeaks account or by providing written notice.Upon cancellation, coaching services and TrainingPeaks access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused coaching time within the billing cycle.
